Free standard shipping for orders over $50 (domestic US only). 3-7 business days. orders under $50, shipping will be calculated based on weight for USPS first class shipping. 

Once your order is received, in stock merchandise will ship within 24-28 hours (M-F). Once your order is sent, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

we want to ensure you're happy and make returns as easy as possible. pijja kids will accept returns for a full refund (excluding the cost  of shipping) within 14 days of the order date, no exceptions. free returns will be provided. please email us at hello@pijjakids.com and we'll send a free return label. returns only accepted WITH tags and unaltered/unused/unworn or unwashed merchandise in original condition. merchandise must be returned in perfect condition with all original tags attached and in any original packaging. pijja kids has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. shipping and handling are excluded. please include the original invoice with the returned product. once we have received your return we will process the return within 3 business days.

pijja kids is not responsible for shipping costs that incur regarding the return of a product nor the reimbursement or compensation of lost packages that were returned via an untrackable method and/or without a proof of delivery.

All discounted merchandise is final sale.

pijja kids accepts (free) returns for store credit within 30 days of the order date. store credit is valid for 1 year from date of issue. returns will not be accepted without emailing for an RMA. a prepaid USPS return label will be provided.

we cannot accept merchandise that is not in unused condition. items must still be in their original packaging, have all tags attached (including the pijja kids label) and in sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, no stains).
